my room was a premium water villa , it featured comfortable beds and super clean sheets. the pool area was enormous and very clean , i appreciated the peaceful area. the hotel offered a shuttle to the various beaches. an electric car was available to drive guests around the resort.
i noticed some sun loungers felt quite hard, and lying directly on them might not be ideal for extended sunbathing.

i found the setting among rice paddies lovely. the hotel felt quite. we had a premium water villa and enjoyed sitting on the terrace. the daytime cafe served good food, it had a sharing platter.
the jacuzzi in our room have no instructions. the times displayed in the hotel foyer for the free shuttle service were wrong.

I appreciated that this hotel was a bit removed from the main tourist area. our premium water villa was different. It featured direct water access. the breakfast buffet provided many options, including a self-serve cappuccino machine. the cooking class was a fun and professional experience.
The only slight downside was the on-site restaurant had limited variety, and we preferred taking the shuttle for more dining choices. It was only a minor inconvenience though!

The resort is located inland, therefore a beach is not within walking distance.

the lagoon grand beautiful view was spacious and clean. i found the beddings comfy, and i loved the natural feel. the staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. i particularly enjoyed the monkey watching from the balcony. It was a unique experience.
i found that not all staff members spoke english fluently, which sometimes made communication difficult, but everyone was always ready to help, so it did not affect my stay much.

i really appreciated the free shuttle service to both town and railay beach , it made getting around very convenient. the staff members were consistently helpful and friendly , always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the swimming pool was also a highlight .
the jacuzzi timers seemed to be a little random , so it was hard to predict when they would actually work.
